Our workshop is 100,000 level purification workshop and we adopt 100% brand new food grade PET raw materials which are anti-extrusion & anti-fracture to produce our plastic bottles following the below process :

First , the raw materials are mixed and melted under high temperature,then inject them into a  preform mold to be injected a semi-finished product bottle preform;

Second , soften the stabilized preform by high temperature, then placed into a bottle mold to be blown into plastic product bottles by high pressure.
